Family Membership

We’re so excited that you’ve decided to take the plunge and join the Macatawa Cycling Club (MCC) with a Family Membership!  A Family Membership is intended for immediate family members living in the same household.

BASIC STEPS TO JOIN MCC AS A FAMILY!

  1. Carefully read the Agreement and Release of Liability.
  2. Understand the annual membership dues are $35.00
  3. Fill out the Family Membership Form below.  Note that an email address is required for the primary account name, additional email addresses are encouraged for the additional members so that they can stay in touch with MCC announcements and participate in club voting.
  4. Click the checkout button to submit your Membership data and be directed to paypal.com to enter your payment information.
  5. If you’ve never used Paypal before. You can either create a paypal account or pay directly with your Credit or Debit card. 
  6. Enjoy your new membership with the Macatawa Cycling Club!

AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In being granted membership in the Macatawa Cycling Club, I agree to abide by the rules of the club and USA Cycling.  I agree to pay Club dues of $35 per family per year.  I agree to abide by Club’s Rules of Conduct and represent the Club in a responsible, courteous, and professional manner during competition, training, and all other capacities. I agree to wear the names of the Club clothing in racing.  I acknowledge that bicycling is an inherently dangerous sport in which I am participating at my own risk.  I recognize that MCC is an organization formed to advance the sport of bicycling, the efforts of which directly benefit me.  In consideration of the agreement of MCC to grant me membership, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns and personal representatives, I release and forever discharge MCC, its members, sponsors, officers, promoters, affiliates, and USA Cycling from any liability, claim, loss, cost or expense, and waive any such claims against any such person or organization, arising directly or indirectly from or attributable in any legal way to any action or omission of any such person or organization in connection with sponsorship, organization or execution of any bicycle racing or sporting event, including travel to and from such activities of MCC, racing events, or sporting events in which I may participate as a rider, team member, spectator, or volunteer. To the best of my knowledge I have no physical condition which would interfere with my ability to participate in or attend any such event or would endanger my health thereby.

MEMBERSHIP DUES

The Annual membership dues are $35.00 for a immediate family living at the same residence.  After you complete and submit the below form you will be directed to Paypal to pay your membership dues.  Paypal accepts payments by Credit Card, Debit Card, or a Paypal account.
