The club will be holding on-line elections this coming week to choose our club leadership for next year. I am pleased to say that we have more people interested in board positions than we have seats. Therefore, we will hold a run-off election to choose our seven available board positions. We are asking MCC members to vote for a minimum of seven candidates from the available ballot. Full instructions for our on-line voting will be sent to your e-mail address next week. Voting will end a week from this Sunday, so make sure you vote as soon as possible once you receive your e-mailed instructions.

Once elections are completed, the new board will meet next month prior to the December club meeting to choose club officers (President, Vice President, Treasurer/Secretary). Our newly elected board and officers will take charge of club business starting with our January club meeting. Throw me an e-mail if you have any questions.
