Later today all club members that provided an email address at the time they joined will receive an email from webmaster@macatawacyclingclub.org titled “Registration Info for MCC - 2007/2008 Club Election”.  Inside this email will be instructions and a link to vote in this years club election. The election is open today through June 1st.  Please take 5 minutes, open the email, and cast your vote today.

[UPDATE - 12:00 Noon:  The voting site we are using to conduct the election has duplicated the registration emails various numbers of times to different members.  We apologize for this inbox inconvenience.  You can safely delete all but one of the emails to perform your voting. -Randy] 

Any club members that did not provide an email, at the time they joined, will receive a paper ballot in the mail.  The paper ballot will go out in the mail today or tomorrow.

All voting (electronic and paper) must be received by June 1st, 2007 in order to be counted in the final tally.
