Ride Etiquette: All riders are encouraged to ride at the pace noted above. If you are not comfortable riding at that pace you should reconsider your participation until you are able to. Ride leaders will be riding at the published pace. We also encourage ride participants to stop for any riders experiencing mechanical issues (e.g. flat tire). Ride leaders will always stop and assist any participants with mechanical issues.

Weather: In the case of bad weather a message will be posted to the Club Ride page on the Forum by 7am on each Saturday morning if the ride is cancelled. No message there will mean that the ride is on !

Important change for non-MCC members joining us on the Sweet Roll: NON-MCC members will be required to sign a waiver BEFORE riding on the Sweet Roll Ride.  Members of MCC do not have to sign this waiver (an annual waiver is part of our membership application).  While this is an inconvenience for all parties, it is needed for the protection of the club and all riders in the litigious society we live in.  Many cyclists who attend the Sweet Roll Ride are not members of the club, and this waiver is not meant to discourage participation, but we ask all who are not members to please sign in each week upon arrival.

Swim clinic portion of our Spring Tri Clinics have been cancelled!

Due to unfortunate circumstances, the Swim clinic dates previously scheduled for April 9, April 16 and April 23 have been CANCELLED.

MCC will still be organizing a bike and run clinic for next month but unfortunately the swim clinics will not be held this year.

Many thanks to Eric Talsma for volunteering his time and the Hamilton pool for the swim clinics.  We look forward to having them return again next year.
